Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on the day of service, checks on the day of service, or credit card/PayPal. Our online payment system is also processed by PayPal, which does accept all major credit cards.
Q: Do I need to have any tools?
Our professionals come fully equipped with all the tools necessary to complete most jobs and get you back on the road. When requesting flat tire replacement/change, we require that you inform us if you don't have a spare so that we can bring the proper size tire with us to complete the service.
Q: Who will tow my car?
Rod's Roadside Assistance calls are handled by one of our in-office dispatchers, not a call center. The dispatcher routes the service call to one of available technicians, or mechanics who has has been licensed for vehicle towing.
Q: Do I have to pay out-of-pocket for towing?
You will only have to pay for any costs in excess of the $100 per occurrence limit, plus any non-covered costs.  If your towing service exceeds the mileage benefit for your plan you will be responsible for paying for any mileage over and beyond your towing benefit limit.
Q: What if I don’t know where I am when my car breaks down?
Don’t worry, we’ll find you! Our emergency dispatch system technology helps capture your car’s breakdown location when you call us from any wireless or landline phone, so we can dispatch one of our service providers to you faster and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
